TO START – MAY 19, 2014

So I’m about to start this project that is meant to push me, encourage me, MAKE me take the steps necessary to lose 50 pounds. The actual steps I take to accomplish this will in turn improve ALL the other things that seem “out of balance” in my life.

SO the main goal is to have less of the physical me and a more stress free, happy, confident, emotionally balanced and spiritual me in the end.

So really the “goal” at day 120, is really the to have created what I feel is an ideal beginning of a new improved lifestyle for me..

SO it is starting time.  AND THE MOST PAINFUL PART SO FAR IS POSTING MY BEFORE PICTURE.  I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS ME.  I IMAGINE THAT I LOOK VERY DIFFERENT IN MY MIND’S EYE.  UGH!  HERE IS MY BEFORE SHOT.
