Ok again this week as I entered “What I ate” for the past week on the Food Journal page of this blog… I realize how far off the target of eating with focused and mindful choices I was , yet I STILL managed to LOSE 2 more pounds. I can’t help but think what my results would be if I’d made better choices. Again…All good in the end. But boy I’ve never really consistently written down every bite. It makes a difference.
My addiction was this darn Ben and Jerry’s frozen Greek Yogurt. It was buy-one-get-one-free and I had them in my freezer. But they are gone now….( I ate them all). This was an education.
